Creating an interview
When creating an interview there are many aspects to be considered so that you are able to look professional and get the best out of the person you are interviewing. For this you first need to find the best location so that it can be engaging and interesting instead of a plain background. Also when considering locations you want to find an area where there is minimum distractions so there are no interruptions. To reduce distractions and interruptions when listening to the person you are interviewing it is best to nod because there is no audio interference and it shows to the person you are interested motivating them to continue on giving information. It is also good to keep the person comfortable because you will be able to get a good amount of information otherwise they could be straight to the point and may not elaborate.
